The Archers of Anor Londo.
Up until now, Anor Londo had been bearable. True, the game's decision that it had suddenly become Assassin's fucking Creed was a bit of an inconvenience, but the complete lack of swinging blades, narrow platforms full of enemies designed to stagger you but not be staggered or enormous firebombs was rather welcome.
But those fucking archers, man.
I can get past their arrows. I can reach the rightmost one. But I can't fucking do anything when I get there. kicking him doesn't move him, and all of his attacks send me flying (I'm usually low on stamina because of all the rolling I need to do to even reach melee range.
What do I do? I don't know if I can leave Anor Londo (The way you get there is pretty fucking spectacular, I'll say that) in order to find some ranged support, and I don't have many weapons that do any real pushback damage.
I have a horrible feeling I'm fucked.

This was the most difficult part of the game for me, I think. I just sprinted at the fucker on the right and whaled away.
Yep, the Archers are pricks. There are many techniques through them though, so no giving up now.
You can leave AL if you want to (the same way you arrived), but don't worry too much about doing so. The only really useful ranged option against them is poison arrows, and it takes ages and in my opinion is more difficult than fighting them normally because any time you can hit them, they can hit you with much, much more powerful arrows (spears?).
A few other options and tips for you to consider:
- Parrying the fucker when you're close enough for him to melee you. Make sure you're out of range of the other guy though. (probably best option)
- If you have a talisman, try spamming the Force miracle when his poise/stability is low from either a parry or a blocked hit or two, he'll just fall right off that ledge.
- Use green blossom and/or grass crest shield to keep your stamina up.
- Ring of Fog + slumbering dragon crest ring = you will be both silent and invisible. They won't notice you until you're at the top of the path so you'll have full stamina when fighting them.
- Cheesing the predictable flaky AI to make him bounce off your shield and fall off (see YouTube)
If you search around, there are many more techniques. Eddie's suggestion above works wonders too.
I personally run up to him and cast Wrath of the Gods to send him flying off the edge. It's like the Force option above but easier to pull off. You are technically able to do this, but it will be one hell of a mission for you and I don't reckon it's worth it.
